STEP 1: Collect the above materials

STEP 2: Cut the micro USB cable

STEP 3: There will be few wires

STEP 4: Cut off all the wires except red and black

STEP 5: Connect the RED wire to +ve and BLACK wire to NEGATIVE. This well help you get 5-10% of charge. 

make sure you use 4-6v batteries, use 9v battery only in emergency situations it may damage the circuit.
